Have her seen: It's best to have her seen by your doctor. There are behavioral disorders that have to be ruled out.

Although they can do things by themselves & don't want you to interfere, they don't want you to leave the room.If you run to them to stop the slapping they score twice, first with attention 2nd with direct touch.Talk the issue over with your dr & see if you can get some pointers.
