Right upper abd pain: People with gallstones have symptoms typically because they block the function of the gallbladder which is to store and release bile due to a fatty meal. Therefore , symptoms of pain, cramping, nausea and sometimes vomiting occur after eating fatty foods. Diarrhea or fatty stools may also occur.

Pain with fatty food: Many patients report sharp right upper abdominal pain following a rich meal that can "wrap around" the right side with occasional pain between shoulder blades. More severe attack can cause your urine to turn dark and give you pale color loose bm. If you don't get treated in time, your eyes may turn yellow, run a fever and really get into a bad shape... Get checked, don't take a chance.
