Unknown: It sounds like you are experiencing classic withdrawal symptoms. This can occur from taking a benzodiazapine such as temazapam every evening for one month. Temazapam is considered a short acting benzodiazapine. If you were my patient, i would consider switching you to a long acting benzo such as clonazapam and then slowly tapering that. It is a real problem for some getting off benzos, as you see.
