Need more info: A rising ca125 in a patient with a prior history of ovarian cancer is concerning and work up with ct scans etc is required. In patients with no cancer history this is not a useful test.

High ca 125: An elevated ca 125 level can mean many things. You need a gyn evaluation and a vaginal ultrasound to start with.
