I just was diagnosed with kidney stones in both my kidneys, what should i be avoiding eating or drinking?

Stone composition: Is needed to determine diet modifications. 90 % of kidney stones can be prevented using combination of diet and drug therapy. Calcium oxalate stone - avoid vitamin c, grapefruit juice, dark colas uric acid stones: avoid berries, beer, animal protein.

Depends: There are different types (composition) of stones and the dietary recommendations differ. Most recommend drinking sufficient fluid to make 2 liters of urine daily. This is true regardless of composition.
