BP can vary: BP can vary widely over time but the dizziness is concerning. Does it come when BP is low ? You need further evaluation with your physician.

Blood pressure issue: "dizziness", which a vague term, commonly is reported with high blood pressure, especially if blood pressure rises abruptly from a lower level. The blood pressure is responsible for the dizziness, unless both are secondary to a third factor. Dizziness does not cause hypertension.
