Early contractions: You don't really want to have contractions or labor at 30 weeks, but the uterus often starts toning up for the soon to happen labor and you can feel contractions (often called braxton hicks contractions). You also don't want your cervix to open. Mild temporary spotting is common; continued bleeding should be checked. If any symptoms continue that worry you, get checked.
