ICE: Place ice on area, rest, elevate and take nsaid. Blister will not go away, you injured yourself, so swelling is the bodies first response. If blister and pain increases, then seek medical care. If this is not an option, clean area with alochol, place a needle over a match for 60 seconds, then pop blister. Slowly drain blood, apply perioxide or alochol, apply a bacterial ointment and cover.

Carefully: Wit a sterile insturment pierce the roof, express the fluid, do not remove the roof. Apply an antibioitc and bandage. Apply ice to the toe to keep down swelling from the heavy object. Probably should have an x-ray to rule out a fracture.
