Allergies : It sounds like you have allergies to something in your house or bedroom. Nasal congestion, sneezing, and "cold" symptoms are typical. Consider nasal rinses, changing to a hypoallergenic pillow, changing out carpets and drapes, and/or having your ducts cleaned out. A non-sedating antihistamine might be helpful for you, as well. Diphenhydramine can leave you feeling sluggish in the morning.
