Yes: Over the years the prostate grows bigger therefore slowing down urination and making it uncomfortable. If left unattended, kidney failure could take place in advanced cases.

Yes: An enlarged prostate can cause urinary tract obstruction, infection, urinary frequency, nocturia. Screening for Prostate cancer is also appropriate for an enlarged prostate.
