Can't predict: No 2 cases of ic are the same.May flare up very often or can provide u with prolonged periods of relief.Depends upon trggers for your ic, anxiety, stress, foods + beverages to be avoided.Adviseable to stay on meds if they control your symptoms. Some patients seem to require periodic bladder hydrodistensions some to acupunctureplease check: www.Interstitialcystitisassociation.Com website.
