Hyperhidrosis: Generally hyperhydrosis wont just disappear. Palmoplantar hyperhydrosis is best treated using a combo of drysol (topically every evening) and something systemic (internally) like sage leaf extract. With you drysol, apply every evening around the same time b4 bed, wrap your hands and feet in glad-wrap (cling film) and then cover feet with a snug sock and hands with gloves.
