What are the symptoms of a dissociative disorder?

Loss of awareness: Dissociation is basically a loss of connection between different parts or aspects of your self. So you might feel that you are disconnected from your physical self (see yourself from a distance, feel disconnected from your body), or in an extreme form of dissociation, you might feel that there is more than one personality.
