Could fexofenadine make one skip their periods?

Unlikely: Nothing is impossible but it is not one of the adverse reactions listed in the medication paperwork. I would first start at the ob/gyn before jumping to the conclusion it might be the fexofenadine.

Fexofenadine effects: Not likely. I was unable to find any reports of amenorrhea related to fexofenadine on the web. The original Allegra package insert reported occasional patients with uterine cramps thought to be due to it--about 2 per cent experienced this. That's the closest side effect out there, to my knowledge.
