Here goes: Comoensated means BP hasn't fallen yet. Decompensated means BP has fallen & irreversible means death is imminent. Key to hypovolemua is fluid either IV saline or blood products depending upon the reason.

Good, bad and ugly..: Compensated means even though the blood volume is low the body is maintaining blood pressure and organ perfusion by increasing heart rate and constricting blood vessels. Decompensated means these adaptive mechanisms are no longer enough to maintain adequate perfusion of the organs. When this persists it ultimately causes irreversible multiple organ damage resulting in irreversible shock & death.
