Variable: This depends on specific product, constituents being extracted, how well your system is able to absorb things, and conditions being addressed. Tinctures are usually more easily absorbed than capsules, since your body needs to digest & assimilate the capsule & its contents. The taste of some tinctures can be very strong, & there's also often alcohol in them. Take great care in selecting products.
