Urinating + dialysis: Some people on dialysis will continue to urinate. The urine they produce is just not enough for their daily needs.

Yes: Even those on dialysis produce some urine. A dialysis patient may urinate more than once daily, or only every few days, depending on residual kidney function.

Some patients do: Some dialysis patients will continue to urinate, but the urine output will become less and less and most patients who have been on dialysis for a couple of years will have very little (if any) urine output.
