Great question: : Although this is not commonly discussed, vitamin d deficiency is increasingly more common and may bec related to avoidance of sun exposure altogether. Sun exposure in moderation.

Great Question: It is unlikely since everything from milk to cereal is supplemented with vit d. I just wanted to complement you on thinking of a great question. In fact, uvb causes the transformation of cholesterol to vit d3. Sunblock of spf 8 decreases formation of d3 by 95% and spf 15 by 98%.
