Sex Change: There are a number of reputable surgeons in the us who practice top and bottom surgery. Most surgeons request letters of recommendations from counselors or physicians involved the care of transgender people. The wpath website and transgendercare.Com are good places to start. Most insurance plans do not provide coverage for these surgeries, so these can be very expensive out-of-pocket expense.
