Could early menopause be dangerous at all?

Yes: Early menopause can be associated with many health concerns such as osteoporosis, heart disease, weight gain, depression, and possibly even dementia. If you are a good candidate for hormone replacement, you should consider hormone replacement to help prevent these problems.

Yes.: I think menopause at any age is dangerous because it reflects a double hormone deficiency. It means the body is no longer producing both estrogen (estradiol) and progesterone, and every cell in a woman's body has estrogen and Progesterone receptors.
