No: Greseofulvin has a lot of potential side effects including headache, nausia, vomitting, abdominal pain, hives, diarrhea and sun sensitivity. It can prepipitate attacks of porphyuria and sle in affected persons. It is not known to be carcinogenic or cause tumors.
