Hair: There is really no proof that any vitamin will help hair growth unless you are suffering from a true vitamin deficiency. You could try a safe multiple vitamin daily which will not hurt you. There are many other causes of hair loss related to stress, family history, hormone changes or deficiencies such as thyroid disease.
