Not really.: If one eats well and takes a once a day vitamin, there is usually not anything that a male can do to significantly change his count. Only in a small minority of patients, who have a hormonal deficiency, can treatment really help. Many men with sleep apnea or metabolic syndrome / obesity will have low counts. Changes in weight or treatment of sleep apnea can help as well.
