Mostly, you don't.: Everybody has some candida on their body surfaces, inside and out; too much candida, or candida growing in the wrong place, can be a disease, but blaming normal colonization with candida for everything that ails you, or trying to cure everything with antifungal medications, is generally useless. So-called "candida diets" work because they eliminate foods that are unhealthy for other reasons.
