Vary strength depth: Tca peels vary in strength and therefore depth of penetration will also vary. Generally speaking most physicians begin with a light brief skin prep immediately prior to the procedure hile others employ a more extensive course of retinoids. The peel itself takes minutes with se immediate stinging which varies on intensity and rarely lasts more than 5 mins followed by a light dressing & skin regime.
