10-50 mg.: Atrax is usually used in 10 or 25 mg pills.Depending on how tired you get and what dose you need to suppress itching Atarax (hydroxyzine) can used from 10 mg up to 150 mg per day if necessary. It will make most people sleepy and is used at night.
