Abscess forming: The skin on buttock is rather thick and abscesses generally take longer for the "head" to come to the skin. Your bf is having an abscess forming and thus should be seen--he may need it lanced and possible treatment with an antibiotic. It is really a pain in the _ _ _ but should be checked out. Good luck.
