My mom is 50 and has been having gallnbladder pain for over a week. she cannot eat anything without intense pain and vomitting. she is now slightly delirious but does not believe she should go to er tonight. i need serious advise?

ER ASAP: She sounds like she is getting a gallbladder infection leading to delerium. If you cannot convince her to go, call 911 an have an ambulance take her. The infection can be life threatening if left too long.

Please seek help: "delirium" from what ever that cause is a serious medical emergency. If your loved one is having deterioration in their health and now suffering delirium, please seek emergency help immediately. Call 911, if nothing else, the paramedics will assess her.
