Yes and No: Pg can increase or decrease bowel function so diarrhea and/or constipation are common. If problems with either issue tell your doctor!

Less common.: The Progesterone your placenta produces decreases the motility of your digestive tract and acts to decrease the frequency of diarrhea in pregnancy. Near delivery, when the Progesterone production decreases, diarrhea may become more common again.
