What should i look for in a shampoo if i have eczema?

Avoid detergent: Baby shampoos are ideal. They are gentle and will not irritate eczema. Avoid fragrance which may be a problem.

Nondrying shampoo: Look for shampoos that advertise they are "mild" and "nonfragranced". Shampoos that contain conditioners are worth a look as are non drying body washes avoid "dandruff" shampoos because as a rule they are drying.
