Easy enough to check: Instead of worrying or guessing, go get a pregnancy test from your doctor. Left lower quadrant pain is not a likely result of early-stage pregnancy, and should be checked out anyway.

Get checked!: Dr. Cattano is right as usual! But you need to be checked for an infection as well, STI's and other causes of infection, can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which causes abdominal and pelvic pain. Get checked ASAP!
