Therapy and practice: Female orgasm can be a challenge for many patients. First make sure you understand the anatomy and know where the clitoris is. Masturbation is first step to learn to relax and find the stimulation that works for you. Many have to learn this before achieving orgasm with a partner. Small vibrators can be helpful too. Topical viagra (sildenafil) cream can be prescribed to help for some.

NOT UNUSUAL: Women typically need clitoral stimulation that may be difficult to achive with intercourse. So may want to have clitoral stimulation during intercourse with your own fingers or partne'rs or vibrator. Also, oral sex will provide the direct stimulation.
