Hi: Missing a period outside of pregnancy is not unusual or life threatening. Some need a pill to regulate this. It can be associated with a family hx of type 2 diabetes and high insulin. This is known as pcos and may or may not be your situation. In either case do not panic. You will be ok and the menses may normalize. If u have pcos it doesn't mean you can never get pregnantrecheckupt ifapplic.
