A member asked:

Is forehead acne usually particularly hard to treat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: In my experience, forehead acne is not particularly difficult to treat. These are mostly comedonal (blackhead and whiteheads) and respond well to comedolytic medicines (open pores) such as retina, benzoyl peroxide, and salicylic acid. Chemical peels can often speed up the resolution of forehead acne. You should see a dermatologist to see what treatment is best in you.
