She needs to see gyn: Her gyn for an exam , bllod work and an ultrasound, period 2x per month is not normal so that needs to be evaulated and treated.

Possibly: I pill is an emergency contraceptive with a regimen of 1 pill containing 1.5 milligrams Levonorgestrel & is available in: Guyana, India, Myanmar (Burma) & Nepal. Potential side effects w emergency contraception like i pill include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). Should take a pregnancy test to know.
