Fatigue: The two circumstances are not necessarily related. See your doctor for evaluation of causes of fatigue. However i agree with the other physician that it would be advisable to assess for hiv. Safe sex practices are strongly advised to reduce the risk of any sexually transmitted diseases(stds).
