Generic forms: Drug stores usually buy the least expensive generic medications they can -- meaning what they dispense will differ from one time to another. You need to ask the pharmacy dispensing the medication if it's a generic form of wellbutrin (bupropion) (i don't know "wellbruton, " but am guessing you might have meant "wellbutrin (bupropion)" instead.) your doctor can write for "brand name only", but this will likely cost you more.

300 mg: I agree with dr pappas that it is always best to check with the pharmacist dispensing the medication. The numbering however would be consistent with a 300 mg Bupropion Hydrochloride generic of wellbutrin (bupropion).
