No and no: Ensure products have no estrogen, but do contain soy, which has been thought to have estrogen-like effects in men. But, per livestrong.Com, "no research has shown that soy isoflavones can produce effects similar to pathologically high estrogen in men. A 2011 analysis of clinical data in the journal "fertility & sterility" found no effects of soy products or isoflavones on male sex hormones in men.
