Beeding aft removal: Bleeding in the first few days after iud removal is not rare. I usually recommend Ibuprofen to my patients who have cramping and spotting after iud removal. If you have pregnancy symptoms you should take a test to be sure but since the iud has only been out for two days pregnancy would be unlikely.
