See or call your GYN: Now or go to the er now, u need to be evaluated with an exam, blood preg test and other blood work to make sure u are not pg or u do not have an infection and they can do a pelvic ultrasound to see what is going on with your pelvic organs.

Beeding aft removal: Bleeding in the first few days after iud removal is not rare. I usually recommend Ibuprofen to my patients who have cramping and spotting after iud removal. If you have pregnancy symptoms you should take a test to be sure but since the iud has only been out for two days pregnancy would be unlikely.
