Doctor can check: Walking is mild exercise, so if a person doing mild exercise starts to sweat a lot (but did not used to), he might now be out of shape, anemic, have a hormonal problem, have a weaker heart, be suffering medication effects, etc... So, a primary care doctor can evaluate to see if there is any medical disorder. If no disorder is found, then the person can gradually exercise to get back into shape.
