Depends on...: "pink slimy discharge" means different things to different women. It has to be compared to the particular woman's normal daily vaginal (cervical) mucus discharge. Some women are at risk for std's, some at risk for cancers, and others at risk for both (so a doctor's evaluation is a good idea). Pink mucus could also be normal mucus mixed with a trace of menstrual blood, in a very low-risk woman.
