Basically yes: Especially for those who shave their private hair. When the hair is cut short and the skin folding as well as rubbing from clothing often cause ingrown hair and thus pimple-like folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles) which is basically pimples. So try not to shave and wear looser clothing. If severe, persistent, consult doc. Good luck.
