I have been suffering from cardiomyopathy for around 20 years. my lvef is 30%. how can this be increased thereby improving my quality of life ?

Options: Based on duration my assumption is that you have a non ischemic cardiomyopathy (not related to blockage in coronaries). Medications & exercise can be helpful but if you're already on maximal medical therapy you need to talk to your cardiologist about an aicd (defibrillator for prevention of sudden cardiac death) & possible bivaicd for resunchronizatin therapy.
