Orchalgia : The potential causes of orchalgia (testicular pain) are numerous and can be either direct, such as torsion, infection, tumor or trauma; or indirect such as a ureteral stone, lower spine disorder or indirect inguinal hernia. Post-vasectomy orchalgia may be due to sperm granuloma, congestive epididymitis or nerve entrapment.
