Yes: It could be from menstrual flow. The low MCV especially is common in young women of reproductive age who have monthly flows. This is a sign of low-grade iron deficiency - from the monthly flow. The high platelets are nothing to worry about - that's a mild elevation and can be due to dehydration, low blood volume from flow, or inflammation. Regardless, see your doc for a complete eval.
