Resistance Exercise: Weight loss is the balance between calories in and your metabolism. Typically after bariatric surgery the calorie intake is restricted, so the next step is to increase metabolism. Remember, metabolism = lean muscle. To increase metabolism, increase lean muscle. Resistance exercise (weights, etc) are the best was of accomplishing this!
