Cancer in organs: Metastases, or areas of cancer spread, to the liver, lungs, or other organs in the body. Metastases to bone are not visceral metastases.

Spread to internal : Organs sucks as the liver or lung. This is in contrast to skin soft tissue, fluids, or bone. It usually means an aggressive spread.
