Need Exam: You need an exam, it may be an ovarian cyst or even endometriosis. Usually if we can reproduce the pain on exam, we can narrow down the possibilities. Laparoscopy is recommended if a diagnosis is difficult to make, a pelvic ultrasound is also very helpful. See your doc or gyn if your pain persists. Take good care of yourself.

Ovary: Low abdominal pain may or may not be the ovary. You may have a UTI for example. You might wanna get an exam on that one, it's called "deep dyspareunia" as a technical term.
