Very unlikely: If you have not gotten pregnant in the intervening years your tubal ligation was successful. The only alternative is reversal.

VERY UNLIKELY : A tubal ligation procedure is designed to be permanent and failure rates are related to the technique used to perform the procedure. The techniques that cause least damage to the tubes will be more likely to fail. Overall rate is 2-10 /1000 women or 0.2-1%. The fact it has been 10 years makes it more likely that you will not get pregnant, however 1/3 of failures can result in an ectopic pregnancy.

No: Assuming the tubes were cut and tied properly, which after 10 years it seems they were, the answer is most likely no. If you want anothe rpregnancy, you would need a surgical reversal or in vitro, and no guarantees can be made, especially at your advancing age.
