What are ways to cope with mixed connective tissue disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many ways: Different people have different mechanisms of mctd activity. The therapy is tailored to the individual activity. Knowledge is the best way to cope with mctd. The more you know your type of mctd the better you can cope. I sometimes refer to it as "mixed up" connective tissue disease.
